Your appointment is important! I understand that life happens and sometimes things may be out of our control. Therefore, if you MUST cancel or reschedule, I ask that you please provide at least 48-hr notice. This way I’m able to adjust the rest of my day accordingly and accommodate other clients. Cancellations within 48-hrs will be charged 50% of services booked. Last minute (less than 24-hrs) cancellations or “No-call No-Shows” will be charged 100% of your services for the day. Life is unpredictable and I will do my best to work with you in case of an emergency. However, if missing appointments becomes a habit, you will be blacklisted and will not able to book future appointments with me. A credit card is required at the time of booking but nothing will be charged until you are being checked out or if you miss your appointment as policy states. It is my goal to provide everyone with the best service possible. With respect to that, if you are running late I ask that you please reach out and notify me. If you don’t call or text and are more than 15 minutes late i will assume you are missing your appointment and will be considered a “No-Call No-Show”.
